We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped via USPS.
We choose the most suitable USPS service for your order based on package size, weight, destination, and operational requirements.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or U.S. postal holidays.
During peak periods, promotions, inventory checks, weather events, or other unusual circumstances, processing times may be longer.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After shipment, delivery usually takes approximately 2–5 business days within the United States.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, USPS operations, weather conditions, holiday volumes, address accuracy, and other factors beyond our control.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
We do not currently offer free shipping.
6. U.S. Orders and Import Charges
Because orders are shipped within the United States, U.S. customers generally do not pay import duties or tariffs on domestic shipments.
7. Order Acceptance and Shipment Timing
Any shipping or delivery time shown on the Site, in product descriptions, or at checkout is our good-faith estimate based on available inventory and normal fulfillment operations.
If we are unable to ship within the stated or advertised timeframe, we may notify you and provide the option to wait for the delayed shipment or cancel the affected order for a refund, as required by applicable law.
8. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.
Please allow some time for USPS to update tracking events after label creation or package acceptance.
9. Risk of Loss and Delivery
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon our delivery of the package to USPS.
Once a shipment has been accepted by USPS, delays, routing issues, or delivery interruptions caused by the carrier are outside our direct control.
10. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Undeliverable addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges before reshipment.
11. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@b4slot.com as soon as possible.
We may ask you to provide:
- Your order number
- Your shipping address
- Photos of damaged packaging or products, if applicable
We will work with USPS where appropriate, but we do not guarantee the outcome of carrier investigations.
12. Split Shipments
In some cases, we may ship items separately if operationally necessary.
If this happens, you will not be charged additional shipping solely because we split the shipment for fulfillment reasons.
13. Out-of-Stock or Backordered Items
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may contact you with an updated shipment estimate, substitute option (if applicable), partial shipment option, or refund option.
If we cannot fulfill all or part of your order within the applicable timeframe, we will handle the order in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
