Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with b4slot.store. Due to the collectible and sensitive nature of model slot cars and related products, the following return conditions apply.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or tested slot cars
  • Items with opened, damaged, or missing packaging
  • Collector's items that have been unsealed
  • Products showing signs of wear, installation, or modification

4. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all approved returns.

This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

No restocking fee will be charged if:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

5. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • The restocking fee (if applicable) will be deducted

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

9. Refused or Unauthorized Returns

If a returned item does not meet the conditions above, we reserve the right to:

  • Reject the return
  • Send the item back at the customer's expense
  • Issue a partial refund at our discretion
